All items are made to order, therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Some items are printed and shipped directly to you by my vendor in Arizona so if there are any quality issues, please let me know ASAP and we will do everything we can to fix the issue. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if an item arrives damaged, please email me within 24 hours of delivery. We require photo proof of any damaged products before we can replace your item(s). Thank you for your understanding!

On rare occasions, shipments may be lost or mis-delivered by the post office. If your item says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait a couple of days, as sometimes packages are marked delivered early. If your shipment is lost, you will need to file a missing package claim with USPS. You can do this via their website.
